Their system is complicated for scheduling appointments. You go to a branch like this and they tell you to scan the code. If you don't have a phone with data, then no more. Making a simple call to a directory of the same company would prevent customers from having to return.

6:10 PM: We call to order some somewhat urgent medications at home. Due to health/work conditions we cannot leave the house to share them.
We specify that we can only pay with a $500 bill.
8:56 PM: The delivery man arrives, gives me the medications and when it was time to pay he told me that he did not have change, that they told him that we were going to pay with a $200 bill.
He takes them out of my hands and tells me that he is going to get change and that he will come back.
10:05 PM: We call again to ask about our medication. The girl at the switchboard contacts the branch and tells us that the delivery man already brings the change and that he was on his way to give us the medication.
11:00 PM: The Pharmacy closes
12:00 PM: The medicine never arrived and here I am, going to sleep with cough, phlegm, a cut body and a stuffy nose because I couldn't pay with a bill that I clarified that I don't have. Thank you.
What bothered us the most was being told that the delivery man would arrive soon with the medicine and the correct change the second time we called, and he didn't arrive.
We would have preferred them to tell us that they didn't have change and that it was better not to wait for them, instead of staying there like a village bride.
We would have seen a way to get the medication before other pharmacies closed, and you would only lose this sale and not the customer.
I hope the same thing doesn't happen to you, it's cool.
Edit: You know what? Better that it happens to them. For punishment. I've already seen the other reviews and I'm not the only one that happens.
